This module will provide you with the knowledge and support necessary for effective implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention at a national level.
A pass grade of 80% in the Final Test is required to obtain a Certificate.
Learning objectives
In this module, you will learn about:
States Parties’ legislative obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC)
the OPCW Technical Secretariat’s support to States Parties in drafting CWC implementing legislation or amendments to existing laws and regulations to ensure a full compliance with CWC requirements at a national level
how States Parties typically incorporate their CWC obligations into their domestic legal framework
